The DC Teaching Fellows recruits a range of diverse applicants who have shown a record of commitment and achievement in past endeavors. We look for creative, patient and flexible candidates who understand the level of dedication it takes to improve a system, one classroom at a time.
As a Fellow, you will join close to 800 talented individuals who have passed through a rigorous selection process and trained in an intensive pre-service program to become teachers in the DC public schools.
